Description: Located at the southern edge of the Kitsilano neighbourhood, this project underwent a rezoning on a 8,612 square foot site to provide 15 family-orientated townhomes. This contemporary infill reflects and responds to the architecture of the many heritage homes in the neighbourhood, tying in with its surroundings while inviting a modern touch.

This project was 1 of the 20 selected sites under the City of Vancouver's Affordable Housing Choices Interim Rezoning Policy. Located only 1 block away from the Kitsilano Secondary School and Community Centre, and just south of high-frequency transit and neighbourhood shopping on West Broadway, this well-located site is perfect for new family-orientated housing.
