Granville Davie Hotel Rezoning Proposal

Unanimous support at Urban Design Panel in January 2024. We are so proud to see this long-time project come forward with the support for new Hotels in Vancouver. This 33-storey proposal offers 464 hotel rooms with a fantastic podium space in keeping with the Granville Street Urban Realm. We look forward to leading this project on behalf of our Client Dee Corp, design and architecture by MCMP Architects.
