Broadway Plan Rezoning ApplicationS

Our first three Broadway Plan Rezoning applications sneak peak on behalf of our Clients. These are an important addition to the rental housing fabric of the City. Each project offers 100% secured rental housing with 20% of the rental housing secured as below market rental, each with local serving commercial retail at grade. Together these will represent over 750 secured rental units and include 150 below market units. We look forward to working with all parties as these projects progress.
