26-Storey Condo Tower Proposed Near Oakridge Park In Vancouver
JTA is proud to be the development manager behind an exciting new proposal at 5680 Oak Street in Vancouver's Oakridge neighbourhood. Working alongside our client, Suncor Energy, and the talented team at MCMP Architects, we've submitted a rezoning application to transform the site — currently home to a Petro-Canada station and 7-Eleven at the corner of Oak Street and West 41st Avenue — into a 26-storey mixed-use residential tower. The proposal includes 193 strata homes ranging from studios to three-bedroom family units, alongside ground-level retail space and generous underground parking for both vehicles and bicycles.
We're especially excited about this project's location within the rapidly evolving Cambie Corridor, just steps from Oakridge Park and neighbouring Grosvenor's Mayfair West development. Oakridge has become one of Vancouver's most dynamic areas for transit-oriented growth, and we're thrilled to be part of shaping its next chapter alongside such a strong partner and design team.
