2715 W 12th Avenue Pre-Application Open House

Musson Cattell Mackey Partnership and JTA Development Consultants will hold an Open House:

Wednesday, May 3, 2017, from 5-8pm

To consider a potential proposal for 2715 W 12th Avenue (corner of West 12th Avenue & Stephens Street), for a 100% secured rental housing townhouse project under the Affordable Housing Choices Interim Rezoning Policy. The proposal includes 15 townhouse units, of which 11 are geared to families. The project would follow the City of Vancouver’s Green Buildings Policy for Rezonings and include increased public space off West 12th Avenue, an outdoor children’s play area and two car share stalls.

Copies of the preliminary scheme may be viewed on May 3, 2017, at the Public Meeting. Anyone who considers themselves affected by a proposal in this location is encouraged to attend to obtain further information and provide input on the proposed form of development. All submitted comments will be distributed to the City of Vancouver, Department of Planning, Urban Design and Sustainability. If a rezoning application is subsequently submitted to the City, there will be an official City-led public consultation process including a City-hosted open house with a detailed description of the application complete with a scale model.
