Description: Located in the heart of the West Point Grey Village, this concrete 4-storey mixed-use building maintains the rhythm and character of the mature neighbourhood, while adding new housing and commercial opportunities onto this narrow 33 foot lot. Sitting on a 3,807 square foot site, this project will be able to provide 1,150 square feet of commercial space, 6 new residential units, and two levels of underground parking.
