Our clients at 2225 W 8th Avenue has submitted their rezoning application has been submitted to the City of Vancouver to change the site from RM-4 (Residential) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal includes:
A 21-storey mixed-use rental building
231 market rental units, with 20% of the floor area designated for below-market rental housing
Ground-floor commercial space
A floor space ratio (FSR) of 6.8
A building height of 68.7 metres (224 feet), with additional rooftop amenity space
