1247 Kingsway Achieves Occupancy

We're pleased to announce that 1247 Kingsway has officially achieved occupancy. Located in the City of Vancouver, the six-storey building delivers 34 rental homes above ground-floor commercial space, adding much-needed rental housing to the neighbourhood.

We'd like to thank Bayshore Holdings for their trust and partnership as Owner. Kindred Construction for making the construction process seamless. AVRP a new design firm to JTA and in working together to see the project through.

City of Vancouver for their collaboration in bringing this project to completion. We look forward to seeing the building's residents and commercial tenants settle in.
