377 Penticton Street Achieves Occupancy

We are thrilled to share that we achieved occupancy on 377 Penticton Street — a fantastic milestone for this 6-storey 157-unit mixed-use rental building with continuous commercial at the ground level. Much more to come about the ground floor that we can't wait to share!

Beyond the milestone itself, it's worth pausing on what this building means for the neighbourhood. Hastings-Sunrise has long been one of East Vancouver's most genuine, hardworking communities, and it deserves the kind of thoughtful addition that adds real homes. 157 new rental homes, anchored by a rebuilt commercial base that will serve the people who live and work here, a project that respects where it's rooted while helping the neighbourhood grow as part of its next chapter.
