We are very pleased to share that we have applied for rezoning to RR-3C to allow for a 6-storey secured rental building at the north east corner of E 41st Avenue and Knight Street in Vancouver on behalf of the site owner. This exciting proposal is being considered under the City’s Secured Rental Policy. We look forward to see this project begin to take shape!
