We are excited to be leading this new application for a mixed-use secured rental housing proposal in the City of Surrey. Anticipated to be secured rental housing with a new proposed daycare will make for an exciting addition to this neighbourhood. Anticipating our readings early this fall as OCP compliant and move into working drawings shortly after.
